The transport is not the memorable part of a wedding. It only gets noticed when it goes wrong.
Most wedding bookings are the same shape: guests from a hotel to the ceremony, the ceremony to the reception, and a run home at the end of the night. We price the day as a whole rather than as three separate jobs, which is usually cheaper and always simpler.
What we tend to be asked for
- Hotel to ceremony shuttles, often two or three loops with the same vehicle
- Ceremony to reception when the venues are not the same place
- An end of night run, including the later second run for the ones who stay
- Airport pickups for guests travelling in the day before
Booking a wedding well ahead
Saturdays in summer go early. If you have the date, the venues and a rough guest number, that is enough for us to hold a vehicle. Timings can be firmed up much later without the price changing.
The bit people forget
Tell us the finish time you actually expect, not the one on the invitation. A driver booked to leave at eleven and asked to wait until one is the single most common way a smooth day turns into an argument in a car park.

How far ahead should we book?
For a summer Saturday, as far ahead as you can. If you have the date and the venues we can hold a vehicle and firm up the timings later.
Can the same minibus do several runs across the day?
Yes, and it is usually the cheapest way to do it. We price the day as a whole rather than as separate jobs.
Will you wait if the day runs late?
Weddings always run late. Tell us the finish time you really expect and we will build it into the price so nobody is watching the clock.
Can you collect from more than one hotel?
Yes. Send the pickup points in order and we will work out whether it is one loop or two.
Do you decorate the vehicle?
We do not supply decoration, but you are welcome to add ribbon or similar yourself, as long as it comes off cleanly at the end.
Can you carry a guest who uses a wheelchair?
Yes. We run wheelchair accessible vehicles. Tell us when you book so the right vehicle is on the day rather than arranged at short notice.
