A small operator, which is the point rather than a disclaimer.
Search for a minibus in Bolton and most of what comes back is not a Bolton minibus company. It is a national booking website with a Bolton page, which takes your enquiry and sells it to whichever operator answers first. You find that out when something goes wrong and there is nobody to ring.
We are the operator. The number on this site reaches the person who runs it, the vehicle is ours, and the driver works for us. That is the whole difference, and it is why most of our work comes back rather than arriving new.
What we do
Minibuses with a driver, from 4 to 18 seats, for airport transfers, school and college contracts, weddings, corporate and staff travel, days out, sports fixtures and nights out. We work across Bolton and Greater Manchester, out to Merseyside and Lancashire, and the length of the UK for longer trips where the vehicle and driver stay with the group.
How we price
One fixed figure, agreed before you commit, and it does not move afterwards. No meter, no surge, no surcharge appearing on the day. Distance, driver hours, vehicle size and any waiting time are what set it, and we will say which of those is driving the number if you ask. Quotes normally come back within 30 minutes, at any hour.

What we will not do
We will not quote a figure we cannot hold. We will not take a booking we cannot cover in the hope something frees up. And if the vehicle you have asked for is the wrong one for the luggage or the group, we will say so before you book rather than let the driver discover it in your street. Losing an occasional booking is cheaper than earning the review that follows the alternative.

Are you an agency or the actual operator?
The operator. The vehicles are ours, the drivers work for us, and the number on this site reaches the person who runs the business rather than a call centre.
Where are you based?
Bolton, in Greater Manchester. Most of our work is within about an hour of here, though we run nationwide trips as ordinary work rather than as an exception.
What size vehicles do you have?
From 4 to 18 seats, always with a driver. There are separate pages for the 8, 12 and 16 seaters, and for wheelchair accessible vehicles.
Do you do self-drive hire?
No. Every vehicle comes with a driver.
Are you insured?
Yes, as a licensed PSV and private hire operator. Insurance and liability are set out in the booking terms.
