Bux Travel Corporate travel
Corporate minibus hire and staff transport.
Account work, invoiced monthly, with a named driver and one person to ring. The product is not the vehicle. It is that the vehicle is there at the time we said it would be.
- Invoiced
- Monthly on account, not trip by trip
- Named driver
- The same one, wherever we can manage it
- One contact
- No call centre and no ticket number
- 4 to 18
- Seats, sized to the movement
What companies actually buy from us.
Punctuality, one invoice, and somebody who answers the phone.
Corporate work is judged differently to leisure work. Nobody rings the following week to say the minibus was pleasant. They ring when it was late, when the invoice did not match the quote, or when the driver did not know where the meeting was. So that is what we build the service around.
In practice that means three things: a fixed figure agreed before the movement, the same driver wherever we can manage it so nobody is briefing a stranger every time, and one person you deal with rather than a queue.
Staff shuttles and site transport
Between sites, from a station or park-and-ride to an office, or a shift run at hours when public transport is not an option. Regular runs are priced as contract work rather than as a string of individual bookings, which is both cheaper and less administrative work for you.
Airport runs for teams
A team travelling together on one vehicle beats six people claiming mileage and parking, and it removes the risk of one car getting stuck and half the group missing check-in. Flights are tracked on the return, so a delay does not turn into a driver who has gone home. See airport transfers for how that works.
Conferences, roadshows and client days
These are rarely one journey. They are a sequence of timed movements — hotel to venue, venue to dinner, dinner back, and an early vehicle for the people leaving first. We price the sequence as a whole so finance receives one figure, and we agree the timings in advance so nobody is trying to summon a vehicle from a pavement.
Account terms
Regular clients are invoiced monthly rather than paying per trip. Quotes are fixed before the work, and the invoice matches the quote — if a movement changes on the day, we tell you what it does to the figure at the time rather than at month end. Cancellation terms are set out with the quote so there is nothing to argue about later.

Questions we get asked most.
Can we pay monthly on account rather than per trip?
Yes. Regular work is invoiced monthly. One-off bookings are settled before or on the day.
Will we get the same driver each time?
Wherever we can manage it, yes, and on contract runs that is the norm. It is the difference between a service and a taxi: nobody should be explaining the route every week.
Do you cover early mornings and late nights?
Yes. Shift runs and early airport departures are ordinary work and are priced the same way as anything else.
Can you handle a multi-day event with several movements?
Yes, and it is better booked that way. Give us the schedule and we will price the whole thing as one piece of work rather than as separate trips.
Are your drivers DBS checked?
Yes, every one, including drivers covering a route. We hold passenger transport contracts with Bolton and Bury Councils, so that standard applies across all our work.
How quickly do you quote?
Usually within 30 minutes. If a schedule is complicated we will say so and come back with a firm figure rather than a guess.
Can you invoice a purchase order reference?
Yes. Send the PO details with the booking and they will appear on the invoice.
